Awards & Prizes – The fastest male and female runner will receive the Pie King and Queen traveling trophy. All registered runners and walkers will receive one ticket towards a door prize.
Race Route – The route runs on sidewalk, road and asphalt path through Lerner Conservation Park. It is a smooth, flat and fast loop course, perfect for setting a PR. This is a hand-timed race. What’s the deal with the Pie? – After the race enjoy a slice of homemade pie made by some of our volunteers. A perfect after race treat for a Fall run.
Charitable Organization – DiscoverHope Fund gives small microcredit loans to women in poverty who are living on less than $2 a day in developing countries. Through microcredit loans and development, education, and training, they seek to provide opportunity for women to create their own personal power and ownership and ultimately lift themselves out of poverty. Proceeds from the entry fee benefit DiscoverHope Fund. If you would like to raise some additional money, you can download our pledge form for your convenience. For every $5 raised for DiscoverHope Fund you get an additional door prize ticket.
